Best auto shop in the area! The guys here are honest, knowledgeable, and caring. I’ll never go anywhere else.

This is the best auto shop in Eau Claire. My household has been giving Rick's Service Center for over a decade and will continue to do so until we don't drive anymore or if the business shuts down. (and we would mourn that day). As a female, the workers have always treated me with respect, explained my car problems in a way that makes sense, and have always given the most fair prices and break down of labor. My most recent experience has been the most above and beyond Customer Service experience I've ever received. My 2017 Honda HR-V broke down on the side of Hwy E after business hours around 6pm. I got my car towed to Rick's by Hook n' Go LLC (They were excellent as well). My plan was to leave a voicemail to inform the my vehicle was there and needed inspection. Unfortunately, voicemail wasn't working, but a worker showed up as I was getting dropped off. After apologetically approaching him after hours, I explained my situation. He got me on the books (10 days out because they were down to 2 techs and had a FULL lot of cars - probably because they are the best in town), he took a quick peek at my car and gave me an unofficially guess that it could be my transmission or it could

Don't bring a Ford Escape here. I've had to pick up and drop off a friend so many times over the last 4 months. They couldn't fix it completely with an engine replacement there was one problem after the other and his vehicle would sit there for a week or at one point weeks when he had no transportation. I think this is the 6th time here and that's just. The owner is nice though didn't charge the labor for something they missed.

Terrible service. If you take your vehicle there ensure that mechanic Jeremy Black do not work on your vehicle. He lacks experience, and professional service. Rick’s auto repair treated me and my significant other very rude after we paid $1, 900 for repairs. Vehicle still wasn’t fixed properly, when we took our vehicle back Shaun sought to rectify yet fail short because vehicle still wasn’t fixed properly and the parts use both times was insufficient and never resolved the mechanical issues end up taking vehicle to dealership where they identified all the mistakes Ricks made and fail to identify. Our experience was terrible and still haunts us. We are now in small claims court. Rick’s lawyer failed to mediate properly to rectify the poor service both vehicle wise as well customers service wise in which Rick’s allegedly standby not with us tho. Hopefully Rick auto repair learn to do better after this lawsuit that I most certainly seek to prevail on. I do not recommend this alley shop nor alley mechanic it employs like Jeremy Black to know one! PS…we prevail in our small claims lawsuit against Rick’s Auto failure to fix our vehicle properly and for allowing mechanic Jeremy Black to

I never write reviews but decided it was necessary. I wasn't able to get into Rick's Service Center the week my vehicle had a light come on for my transmission and AWD. It was also making a loud rattling noise. I decided to take my SUV to another mechanic shop who said I needed a new engine. The mechanic then wanted to buy my SUV for scrap. I ended up taking my SUV to Rick's Service Center and they actually took the time to look into the issue. They were able to fix my issue for $1,100 instead of at least $9k for a new engine with another mechanic shop. I will only be going to Rick's Service Center. There is a reason why they have such great reviews. Great work!
